Website
I was tasked with planning, designing and compiling a fully running website for a target audience of my own choice. Because this was a project that was conducted across my entire second year, I decided to focus on a topic which I enjoyed: Football - or more specifically Cardiff City.
After designing the project, with inspiration from various sports websites, I began to put together the site across a couple of months with plenty of chopping and changing along the way. Website design is not something I'm particularly strong at, and it's not an area I see myself moving into in the future, though I believe the finished project (which can be viewed below), is at a high standard, and certainly fits into my original brief.
It was my intention to create a website which would keep Cardiff City fans up-to-date on all the latest news, with the inclusion of blogs and player profiles to keep them occupied. The module itself allowed me to work on the design side of journalism, which would come in useful in the final year.
